This policy explains how Origin Fitness Studio, operated by Ripped Fitness (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us"), collects and looks after the personal information you give us through this website. We take your privacy seriously and only ask for what we genuinely need.

What we collect
When you claim your August access pass, we collect only the details you enter on the form:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your mobile number
- Your main fitness goal (so we can help you better)
Why we collect it, and your consent
We use these details for one purpose: to contact you about your membership and this launch offer, and to send you your access pass. We only do this because you have given us your consent by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see "Your rights" below).
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we never share it for other companies' marketing. Your details are stored securely in our own systems and are only seen by the Origin Fitness Studio team.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose above, or until you ask us to delete it. If you never become a member and ask us to stop contacting you, we will remove your details.
Your rights
Under POPIA you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or update it
- Ask us to delete it
- Withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from our messages at any time
